- The Leidos Defense group has an opening for a highly motivated individual. The Logistics Support Technician position at MacDill AFB, FL supports the Global Solutions Management-Operations II (GSM-O II), Joint Communications Support Element (JCSE). The JCSE team provides enroute, early entry, scalable C4 support to Regional Combatant Commands, Special Operations Command, and other agencies.
- In this role, you will be responsible for providing JCSE Portfolio Managers, Project Managers, and Projects and Maintenance Support Manager performing inventory and acceptance of newly acquired equipment, RMA support, inventories, configuration management, fielding and disposition of equipment.

Responsibilities include:
- Provide support for the acceptance of government furnished equipment (GFE) upon delivery, which includes inventory and compiling packing lists for record keeping.
- Assist Portfolio Managers with coordinating equipment turn-in and validate 100% accountability based on configuration inventory listings with government staff.
- Responsible for assisting JCSE staff in compiling equipment data and developing configuration inventory listings for various equipment capabilities upon initial delivery.
- Assist Portfolio Managers with fielding equipment to squadron personnel.
- Coordinate with government personnel on software and firmware upgrades and track status until 100% complete.
- Conduct monthly inventories.
- Provide recommendations and develop solutions for streamlining and improving process.
- Coordination and completion of Limited Technical Inspections before any fielding or reissuance of equipment to government personnel.
- Perform periodic inspections of government issued equipment for configuration management accuracy and validation of equipment accountability.
- Submit/track RMA actions.
- Obtain and track equipment status updates from vendor(s) and updating RMA equipment status data.
- Provide equipment status updates to CEM and squadron personnel.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Education: BS Degree and 4+ years of experience
- Clearance: Secret

Pay Range:
Pay Range $63,700.00 - $115,150.00
