Leidos Digital Modernization Sector is looking for a Logistics Lead to work on the Army Global Unified Network (AGUN) - Increment 1 (INC1) program. The Global Enterprise Network Modernization - OCONUS (GENM-O) is a critical mission provider responsible for keeping the Army connected through global network modernization projects. The Army Global Unified Network (AGUN) - Increment 1 (INC1) will unify the next generation of Army transport to comply with the Joint Regional Security Stack (JRSS) divestiture mandate. A phased systematic approach is required to provide individual sites with standardized, updated technology systems to ensure the Army's Information Technology (IT) infrastructure is equipped to provide soldiers with cutting-edge technology to ensure applications, data, and enterprise services are accessible, trusted, and interoperable across the globe.

Provides management, leadership and oversight for major logistics tasks and staff on a high profile, high priority digital modernization program. Responsible for performing life cycle maintenance and integrated product support (IPS) of major systems. Duties may include controlling the flow of goods, services and information between the point of origin through customer placement to meet customer requirements as well as ensure the execution and improvement of standard logistic processes. Establishes goals and plans that meet project objectives. Provides significant logistics domain knowledge. Directs and controls logistics activities, having overall responsibility for materials management, methods, and staffing to ensure that logistics requirements are met. Interactions involve client negotiations and interfacing with program and customer leadership. Decision-making and domain knowledge may have a critical impact on overall project implementation. May supervise others.
THIS POSITION REQUIRES AN ACTIVE SECRET CLEARANCE TO BE CONSIDERED
Primary Responsibilities:
- Oversee all facets of logistics and training essential for supporting the seamless procurement, transport, accountability, management, and transfer of materials and equipment crucial to the program.
- Lead robust asset and materiel management functions related to materials and equipment procured by the contractor on behalf of the Army and subsequently allocated to a Gaining Command (GC), ensuring strict adherence to Army regulations and Task Order (TO) requirements.
- Apply a system of internal controls to ensure that Contractor Acquired Property (CAP) is accurately tracked and accounted for.
- Lead efforts to maintain approved accounting, purchasing, and property management systems to align with the objectives of the TO.
- Supervise logistics of storing, warehousing, and delivering equipment to the installation site, ensuring that equipment arrives on schedule.
- Oversee the development, implementation, and management of the Life Cycle Plan (LCP), which includes technical documentation and maintenance procedures.
- Responsible for oversight of Leidos Intelligent Logistics Platform (ILP) logistics dashboard on the SeeIT TO Management Portal.
- Oversee processes related to maintaining a clean, secure facility, offering robust protection against theft, and safeguarding equipment from exposure to moisture or extreme temperatures to prevent damage.
- Ensure physical security of all materials until their final acceptance.
- Ensure the successful execution of logistical and training responsibilities in alignment with the TO objectives to include by not limited to New Equipment Training (NET) and NET Programs of Instruction (POI) development.
- Oversee specific components or segments of a project in support of program earned value management (EVM) processes.
- Manage assigned EVM control accounts and CAM for logistics.
- Ensure that performance data for their control accounts are accurately reported and analyzed according to EVM standards.
- Assist Program Manager (PM) and Quality Manager with maintaining the Leidos Continual Innovation and Improvement (CI2) process and manages the Task 5 resources responsible for identifying, analyzing, and improving business processes across the organization.
- US Citizen with a Secret security clearance.
Basic Qualifications:
- Typically requires a BA/BS or equivalent experience and 5+ years or prior relevant experience or Masters with 3+ years of prior relevant experience. Generally has 2+ years of experience supervising or leading teams or projects.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Prior experience working within Army's IT infrastructure.

Pay Range:
Pay Range $80,600.00 - $145,700.00
