Description

Leidos Digital Modernization group is looking for a Logistics Administrator to support the HEITS program in Lorton, VA.

Logistics Administrator duties include: supplier contract negotiation and administration; supplier development, sourcing, and supply-base diversity and cost management; supplier relationship management; supplier-contract regulatory compliance, DFAR Business System (Purchasing) compliance, and supplier-contract risk management.

Manage and maintain detailed inventory for software and warranties utilizing multiple data sources. Accurate records management for all communication and documentation received relating to software, warranties, and other procurement activities. Initiate contact and work with project SMEs and vendors to ensure accuracy and timely procurements for software and warranty renewals. Generate ROMs to be delivered to the customer for approval and funding prior to purchase. Review and input purchase requests to fulfill customer orders, manage procurement process starting from quoting customer request, ordering, and through to final receipt and delivery. Research and resolve inquiries relating to existing and past purchases for hardware, software, and warranties. Generate ad hoc reports from inventory data to customers and engineers as requested.

Manage and maintain detailed database of supported customer locations and points of contact utilizing multiple data sources. Accurate records management for all communication and documentation received relating to customer locations and points of contact. Process requests to order, manage, and track circuit orders/installs for customer locations. Research and resolve inquiries relating to customer locations, points of contact, and circuits. Process and submit all port configuration requests for routers at customer locations. Generate regular and ad hoc reports from database as scheduled or requested.

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE: BA degree and 2 - 4 years of prior relevant experience or Masters with less than 2 years of prior relevant experience

SECURITY CLEARANCE: Active secret government security clearance required for consideration.

This is a customer service minded role that is focused on attention to detail and accuracy. Must be able to communicate effectively in both written and verbal communication. Experience and comfort working in Excel is required.

Pay Range:

Pay Range $50,700.00 - $91,650.00
