The National Security Sector within Leidos is seeking a Lead SIGINT Analyst to support our customer and will work out of Charlottesville, VA. The successful candidate will have an in-depth understanding of SIGINT operations and excel at developing strategies to support targeting.

This position is contingent upon contract award.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Serves as a subject matter expert (SME) for integrated intelligence production.
- Applies excellent analytical skills to research complex concepts and subjects.
- Manages research and coordination for projects.
- Instructs and interacts with small groups on data and information requirements and coordination tasks.
- Leads team in the production of reports incorporating text and graphics to convey complex concepts to senior policy makers.
- Ensures that final products conform to customer quality standards and intelligence oversight guidelines.
Basic Qualifications:
- BA/BS degree in related discipline and 20+ years conducting SIGINT analysis with at least a portion of the experience within the last 2 years.
- Superior understanding of SIGINT processes, activities, standards, and available analytic tools.
- A deep understanding of the full spectrum of SIGINT, including COMINT, ELINT, FISINT, and CYBER.
- In-depth understanding of SIGINT operations and demonstrated experience developing strategies to support targeting.
- Experience conducting SIGINT analysis of networks and persons using SIGINT tools.
- Demonstrated experience working with unique collection assets and capabilities.
- Knowledge of intelligence oversight and security guidelines.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Expertise with intelligence production of facilities and infrastructure; and expertise with facility-centric targeting methodology and tradecraft.
Security Clearance Required:
- Active TS/SCI
Preferred Qualifications:
- Master's degree in a related discipline.
- Background in Special Operations Support.
- Experience leading teams of 10 or more employees.

Pay Range:
Pay Range $131,300.00 - $237,350.00
The Leidos pay range for this job level is a general guideline only and not a guarantee of compensation or salary.
