Leidos has a new and exciting opportunity for a Joint Interface Control Center Analyst in our National Security Sector's (NSS) Engineering, Integration and Operations Business Area (EIO), supporting the FUSIONS II program at Lackland AFB, Texas. Primary Responsibilities:
- Serve as a Joint Interface Control Cell (JICC) Analyst under 16th Air Force (16th AF), supporting the Combined Forces Air Component Commander (CFACC) and Theater Joint Interface Control Officer (JICO) in managing execution of the Theater JICC missions in accordance with CJCSM 6120.01D, CJCSM 3115.01B, and AFI 13-1AOC, Vol III.
- Operate as both Watch Officer and technical advisor, directing the configuration, maintenance, and operation of complex Tactical Data Link (TDL) systems in support of joint and coalition operations.
- Coordinate closely with the Theater Joint Data Network Officer (JDNO) to maintain the integrity and accuracy of the Common Operating Picture (COP).
- Develop specialized procedures and deliver technical training to enhance mission effectiveness and data link proficiency across operational units.
- Apply in-depth knowledge of joint military operations, organizational structures, and Air Force intelligence systems to proactively identify and resolve operational challenges.
- Leverage strong communication and project management skills to support leadership decision-making, drive continuous improvement, and ensure high levels of mission readiness across the 16th AF enterprise.
Security Clearance: Active DoD TS/SCI security clearance required.
Basic Qualifications
Education and Experience: Bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems, electrical/electronic engineering, or mathematics, and 5 years of relevant experience. Additional years. Additional years of experience may be considered in lieu of degree.
Skills: Possess a strong understanding of TDL as well as managing integrated data across different systems within a Joint operational environment. Experienced with Mission Planning tools.
Training/Certifications: Completion of JT-310, Advanced JICC Operator Course (AJOC)
Preferred Qualifications
Education: Completion of JT-301, Joint Interface Control Officer (JICO) course is highly desired.
Experience/Skills: National-Tactical Information-Operations experience and ISR systems knowledge. Excellent communications and writing skills: to included experience with technical and professional writing. Possess operational knowledge with multisource correlation tools to include, but limited to pH-1, TALON THRESHER, FADE MIST, and AARDVARK.

Pay Range:
Pay Range $72,150.00 - $130,425.00
