Leidos is on the hunt for an ISR Training Support Specialist at Offutt AFB, NE, to support Air Combat Command's ISR mission. This role focuses on RC-135 training programs, regulatory compliance, and strategic coordination across multiple command levels. Candidates must possess a current TS/SCI with Polygraph on day one.

Position Overview

This role is part of a major program supporting Air Combat Command's (ACC) Intelligence Surveillance and Reconnaissance (ISR) mission. The ISR Training Support Specialist will be based at Offutt Air Force Base in Omaha, Nebraska, and will play a role in enhancing RC-135 training programs and ensuring alignment with operational standards.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Implement RC-135 Baseline Integration, Mission Certification Training, and the Cryptologic Skills Program (CSP).
  • Collect and analyze data-driven feedback to shape training content and ensure compliance.
  • Generate CSP reports for 16th Air Force.
  • Collaborate with Operations Group University (OGU) and Simulation Development (SIM DEV) to recommend syllabus updates and program improvements.
  • Create process documentation per stakeholder requirements.
  • Assist Group Training staff with:

    • Waiver processing
    • Drafting RC-135 training regulations
    • Compiling training status reports
    • Responding to information requests across command levels
  • Deliver in-depth analysis of training needs and effectiveness to 55 OG/OGT.

  • Bachelor's degree + 4 years relevant experience, or Associate's degree + 6 years relevant experience.
  • Active TS/SCI clearance with polygraph required on day one.
  • Familiarity with 55th Wing mission requirements.
  • RC-135 experience as a T- or Q-coded 1A8 aviator.
  • Experience with baseline integration.
  • Broad RC-135 S/U/V/W platform experience, plus operational experience in at least three theaters.

Desired Certifications / Experience

  • Prior AMS (Airborne Mission Supervisor) experience.
  • 2,000+ flight hours.

Pay Range:

Pay Range $63,700.00 - $115,150.00
