ISR Collections Manager - Tamp Florida

In this dynamic role supporting the Joint Intelligence Operations Center (JIOC) for USCENTCOM, every day brings the opportunity to transform complex data into actionable insights that drive strategy and safeguard national interests.

What You'll Do

  • Coordinate ISR collection operations and ensure all intelligence data is properly disseminated within the supported command/organization.
  • Monitor available organic (assigned to supported command) and non-organic (belonging to other commands) collection systems for new nominated requirements.
  • Prepare ISR assessment metrics of IMINT, SIGINT, and HUMINT products to gauge the effectiveness of collection operations.
  • Interface with higher, lateral, and subordinate commands'/organizations' Collection and Requirements Managers, including entities to answer intelligence-related Requests for Information (RFIs) and de-conflict or collaborate on AOR requirements and reporting.
  • Conduct presentations and briefings when required.
  • Designs, maintains, and updates collection plans based on the supported Commander's Priority Intelligence Requirements.
  • Performs asset scheduling and PED device management.

What We're Looking For:

  • Education & Experience: A Bachelor's Degree coupled with at least 6 years of relevant experience-with recent experience in the last 2 years-is required. Your background should reflect a deep commitment to understanding and mastering the intelligence cycle.
  • Security Clearance: Possession of a TS/SCI clearance with polygraph eligibility is essential, underscoring the trust and responsibility you will carry in this role.
  • Analytical Mastery: A thorough understanding of the Intelligence Cycle, production requirements, and the Defense Intelligence Enterprise is a must. You'll bring not only expertise but also a passion for precision and detail in every analysis you conduct.
  • Experience with Collection Management tools and databases
  • Preferred Skillset: We value candidates who can produce clear, concise intelligence reports adhering to DNI/DIA analytic tradecraft standards. In-depth CENTCOM intelligence expertise is a definite plus, as it reflects your ability to navigate and interpret our unique operational landscape.

Pay Range:

Pay Range $72,150.00 - $130,425.00
