Description
Leidos currently has an opportunity for an Inventory Management Refresh Analyst at The Pentagon, supporting its contract with the Air Force National Capital Region (AFNCR).
The selected candidate will be a PNT Field Operations Technical Refresh Analyst team member for all support areas, assisting the execution of workstation life-cycle management processes and technical support to keep user workstation capabilities in-line with current Air Force standards.
Primary Responsibilities
- Supports asset refreshment and deployment and assists teams in performing the work in accordance with technical refreshment processes.
- Supports inventory management assignments and performs technical work with the team.
- Validates any asset changes are documented, ensuring inventories are current, accurate, complete, and integrated with the Configuration Management Database (CMDB) and other required Air Force tools.
- Carries out daily functions to assist with the life-cycle refresh of over 5,000 assets annually.
- Occasionally travels to geographically separate locations within the National Capital Region to execute bulk technical refresh appointments.
- Coordinates and schedules technical refreshes appointments with organization points of contact.
- Continuously work to achieve all objects both long and short term as a team member and individual contributor.
- Assists with identifying improvements to asset management and tech refresh processes by working with internal teams to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
- Supports efforts with lifecycle repository for all assets consistent with an Enterprise IT Service Management (EITSM) system of record (e.g., Remedy).
- Processes tech refresh reporting to the Operations Manager and Team Lead; and assists Team Lead with reporting refreshment status to Government on end-of-life assets, processing and issuing refreshment, and final disposition.
- Provides basic IT workstation setup and troubleshooting on asset deployment.
Basic Qualifications
- Requires high school diploma or equivalent and 5+ years of prior relevant experience.
- Familiarity with the accountability of a large quantity of IT assets (e.g., 60,000+) across multiple, geographic locations.
- Ability to effectively influence and develop strong relationships with key stakeholders.
- Excellent written and oral communication, including the ability to confidently present to all levels of management.
- Experience working in an ITIL based enterprise IT environment.
- Current CompTIA Security+ Certification.
- Current DoD Secret security clearance or higher.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with an ITSM platform, specifically BMC Remedy or Service Now
- Experience support DAF environment/customer base
- Secret Security Clearance
- Adaptable to changing circumstances and operational needs
- Knowledge of Air Force, Pentagon, Andrews, Bolling and/or AFNCR operations.
- Advanced skill in Microsoft offices products, specifically PowerPoint and Excel.
- Experience utilizing advanced features in Remedy.

Pay Range:
Pay Range $57,850.00 - $104,575.00
