Description
Leidos is looking for a Graphics Specialist to join our Washington, DC team supporting the United States Attorney's Office (USAO) for the District of Columbia.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Creates charts, timelines, maps, crime scene diagrams, video compilations, and trial presentation databases. Works with prosecutors, paralegals, law enforcement officials, and expert witnesses to create mentioned products. May be required to testify in trial to the accuracy of exhibits.
- May also conduct basic IT support, e.g. printers, networking, basic connectivity related to Wi-Fi and VPN, and other tasks which may be relevant to the case presentation.
- Utilize Trial Director or OnCue to create presentation databases.
- Checkout and maintain equipment such as clickers, easels, hard drives, and laptops
- Utilize Adobe Creative Cloud, specifically Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects and Premiere, and other applications/software such as Evidence.com video tools, Google Earth Pro, and Sketchup (3D) to perform the following:

- Convert audio and video files to a usable format
- Clip and splice audio and video
- Track, highlight, and follow individuals and objects captured in video
- Redact individuals and objects captured in video
- Create maps and crime scene diagrams
- Create charts including timelines and communication visuals
Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree (or equivalent) in Multimedia, Digital Design, Marketing, Fine Arts, or related concentration.
- Minimum of three (3) years of relevant experience.
- High proficiency in graphic design, infographics and MS PowerPoint.
- Ability to create, design and modify mockups for web-based platforms.
- Must be able to provide samples of graphics previously designed independently.
- Ability to self-manage projects and work within tight deadlines.
- Ability to collaborate willingly and effectively in a team setting.
- Experience with Trial Director or OnCue.
- Experience working in a Government and/or Litigation Support environment.
- Must be a U.S. Citizen and able to obtain a Public Trust clearance.
Preferred Qualifications:
- High proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud, specifically Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects and Premiere, and other applications/software such as Evidence.com video tools, Google Earth Pro, and Sketchup (3D) preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills to convey complex information clearly including providing attestation in court.
This position is covered under the Service Contract Act and is subject to minimum requirements. Leidos ensures that all provisions are satisfied. The pay for this position will be $30.48/hr.
