Leidos is seeking a talented and experienced Graphic Artist/Designer to join our team. This role is part of a dynamic team that creates videos, graphics, photography, animation, and other visual products in alignment with brand standards to support marketing, branding, and other key initiatives. The Graphic Artist/Designer will play a critical role in ensuring a consistent look and feel across deliverables while aligning products with business strategy and messaging. This position involves responding to and coordinating requests from business leaders to generate impactful deliverables that support organizational goals.

The Graphic Artist/Designer will:

  • Develop high-quality, visually appealing graphic content that resonates with beneficiaries, service providers, and other stakeholders.
  • Create and manage visual assets such as videos, graphics, photography, and animations in line with brand standards.
  • Ensure all products are consistent with the organization's business strategy and messaging.
  • Collaborate with internal team members across multiple areas and external parties (e.g., sub-contractors, vendors) to deliver exceptional results.
  • Influence project and team leaders regarding solution design, processes, and approaches.

Education & Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree and 8+ years of prior relevant experience, or Master's degree with 6+ years of prior relevant experience.
  • Proficiency in relevant design software and technology.
  • Utilize expert knowledge of advanced principles and concepts in graphic design.
  • Apply a strong grasp of graphic design principles and familiarity with digital media and branding.

Clearance Required:

  • Must be able to successfully clear a Public Trust background determination during the course of employment.

Pay Range:

Pay Range $80,600.00 - $145,700.00

The Leidos pay range for this job level is a general guideline only and not a guarantee of compensation or salary. Additional factors considered in extending an offer include (but are not limited to) responsibilities of the job, education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity, alignment with market data, applicable bargaining agreement (if any), or other law.
