Your New Role and Responsibilities
This role plays a pivotal part in ensuring HR led, data driven workforce solutions are embedded within the tendering process. By leveraging rich tender data, the position informs and shapes Talent Acquisition plans that align with current and projected business demands. It proactively identifies future workforce needs, integrating tailored talent solutions into tenders that reflect both agility and strategic foresight. Additionally, the role drives continuous improvement within HR by aligning human capital strategies with evolving market opportunities and tender requirements-ensuring seamless delivery on customer expectations through responsive, evidence-based talent models

Key responsibilities include:
- Craft compelling tender inputs that highlight the unique strengths of our solutions, setting us apart from competitors
- Drive the development and practical implementation of human capital strategies, ensuring they align with tender and compliance requirements.
- Effectively manage multiple tenders, collaborate with diverse stakeholders while successfully balancing competing priorities.
- Integration of BD pipeline across lines of business - Collaborate with Line of Business Executives to Plan, Integrate and operationalise growth pipeline
- Workforce mobilisation -Programs have right people, right skills at the right time inclusive of identifying critical skills sets to enable proactive talent sourcing for future needs

What You'll Bring to Make An Impact
- Tender and proposal development coupled with expertise in aligning workforce capabilities with business and tender requirements
- Workforce planning / resource management
- Extensive experience engaging and managing relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- Track record of collaborating with stakeholders to enhance tender outcomes
- Knowledge of market trends, competitive analysis and business transformation strategies
