The National Security Sector at Leidos is hiring for an Enterprise Architect to support the government customer in planning and implementing enterprise architecture, systems engineering, and integration practices to enable a secure and interoperable IC Information. This position is contingent upon contract award.

What you'll be doing:

  • Lead the development and implementation of enterprise architecture strategies, standards, and processes that support the IC missions and operations.
  • Maintain daily communication with government leads to understand requirements, mission priorities, performance measures, program goals, and support needs.
  • Identify and define future capability and interoperability needs by working with multiple offices and organizations.
  • Provide technical leadership for the integration of requirements, design, and technology, ensuring compatibility and interoperability across the enterprise.
  • Conduct systems engineering analysis to identify potential improvements and optimize system performance.
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for system architecture and engineering efforts, such as mission service transition plans, and CONOPs.
  • Facilitate communication and collaboration between IC workgroups to align efforts and to identify, address and implement solutions to enterprise issues.

What does Leidos need from me?

  • Must have an active Top Secret security clearance with the ability to obtain and maintain a TS/SCI with Polygraph security clearance.
  • BS in Engineering, Computer Science, Systems Engineering, or related field or equivalent experience with 14 plus years in software development, technology management, system engineering or related field. 12 plus years of experience with Master's degree.
  • Expertise in software and application design, related architecture(s), and best practices.
  • Superior attention to detail & high quality organizational, communication, and leadership skills.

Pay Range:

Pay Range $144,300.00 - $260,850.00

The Leidos pay range for this job level is a general guideline only and not a guarantee of compensation or salary. Additional factors considered in extending an offer include (but are not limited to) responsibilities of the job, education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity, alignment with market data, applicable bargaining agreement (if any), or other law.
