Now Hiring: ELINT Analyst | Offutt AFB - Omaha, NE Leidos is seeking a talented Electronic Intelligence (ELINT) Analyst to join our team at Offutt Air Force Base in Omaha. We're looking for someone with a strong background in electronic intelligence-particularly Technical ELINT (TechELINT)-as well as familiarity with the Air Force and DoD structure and how national intelligence agencies operate within the larger IC.

- Analyze and integrate multi-source intelligence to support Intelligence, Surveillance, and Reconnaissance (ISR) operations
- Conduct technical research, assess current capabilities, and contribute to evolving intelligence tools and systems
- Report findings and perform detailed electronic intelligence analysis
- Communicate and coordinate with mission partners and stakeholders across multiple organizations
- Help manage production tasks and timelines based on mission needs and customer input
- Gather feedback to ensure product value and usefulness
What You'll Bring:
- Active TS/SCI with polygraph on Day 1
- Bachelor's degree OR equivalent experience, with 4+ years of ELINT analysis
- Strong understanding of electronic systems, data analysis, and intelligence collection methods
- Familiarity with research tools, databases, and IC best practices
- Solid grasp of the DoD and intelligence community's structure and workflows
- Able to conduct balanced, effective research using appropriate systems and sources
- Confident communicator, both in writing and in person

Pay Range:
Pay Range $57,850.00 - $104,575.00
