The National Security Sector at Leidos invites you to become a vital part of our mission at Joint-Base San Antonio, Lackland, Texas. As an ELINT Warfare Analyst with the 57th Intelligence Squadron, you'll serve within the 365th Intelligence Surveillance and Reconnaissance Group, the 363rd Intelligence, Surveillance and Reconnaissance Wing, and the 16th Air Force-an opportunity to work at the pinnacle of electronic warfare and intelligence.

In this dynamic role, you won't just process data, you'll shape our country's strategic capabilities. You will perform in-depth engineering assessments of radar and weapons systems to bolster national Electronic Warfare (EW) and mission planning databases. As you manage cutting-edge mission planning software that underpins the Combat Support Database (CSDB), your technical leadership will be pivotal in coordinating workflows and advancing crucial projects in both Electronic Warfare (EW) and Electronic Intelligence (ELINT).

What You'll Do

  • Innovate Data Solutions:
    • Independently develop and rigorously ensure quality control of data standards and schemas for the Joint Mission Planning System (JMPS).
    • Create sophisticated formats for complex, unstructured data that seamlessly integrate into our mission planning ecosystem.
  • Advise & Automate:
    • Serve as a trusted advisor to government agencies by recommending the most effective methods to gather and process data sets.
    • Lead in the development of automation toolsets to optimize these processes.
  • Enhance Intelligence Analysis:
    • Develop and coordinate requirements for advanced analytical tools that exploit both single-intelligence (INT) and multi-intelligence (multi-INT) data.
    • Ensure that Combat Support Database (CSDB) deliverables are formatted perfectly to meet Joint Mission Planning System (JMPS) standards, feeding into the entire ACC Combat Air Forces (CAF) mission planning environment.
  • Collaborate Effectively:
    • Work hand-in-hand with the Interface Community Working Group (ICWG) to communicate, prioritize, and satisfy end-user requirements for threat parametric data.
    • Provide the functional support needed to develop, disseminate, and securely manage threat system databases in line with community guidelines.
  • Maintain Operational Excellence:
    • Establish and enforce consistent processes, standards, and procedures in collaboration with other ACC ISR units and end users.
    • Manage Intel Security Markings requirements collaboratively with the appropriate agencies to preserve data integrity and security.

Basic Qualifications:

  • A Bachelor's degree accompanied by 4+ years of relevant experience in a high-stakes environment. Additional years of related experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.
  • A current DoD Top Secret/SCI clearance is required.
  • Extensive expertise in Air Force Intelligence, Surveillance, and Reconnaissance (ISR) operations, as well as Mission Planning.
  • Hands-on experience with Standoff Munitions, Air-to-Ground Munitions, Decoys, Jamming Effectiveness, Common Low Observable Auto-router (CLOAR), Combat Search and Rescue (CSAR), and all Combat Air Forces (CAF) aircraft mission planning environments.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with AF DGCS Weapons.
  • Familiarity with the Defense Intelligence Agency's (DIA) Modernized Intelligence Database (MIDB), CORNERSTONE, or Mission Planning Order of Battle (MPOB).
  • Demonstrated expertise in Test and Evaluation processes.
  • Current ACC/2 ISR experience within the 16th Air Force is a strong plus.

Pay Range:

Pay Range $72,150.00 - $130,425.00
