Division Administrative Asistant
Description
The Hypersonics Systems Division of Leidos Dynetics, is seeking a talented Division Administrative Assistant to join a diverse team to create unique solutions for complex problems. With offices across the United States engaging in the defense, space, cyber and commercial fields, Leidos Dynetics provides responsive, cost-effective manufacturing, engineering, scientific and IT solutions.
Primary Responsibilities
The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the division staff as well as Hypersonics and TPS program teams. As an integral member of the team, the selected candidate will work closely with all levels and types of staff found in a corporate environment - including program management, engineering and technical staff, executives, and customers. Therefore, a professional demeanor and good communications skills are required. Ethical behavior and the ability to be trusted with confidential data and other corporate matters is critical.
Key duties will include the following, but are not limited to:
- Calendar Management: Organizing and overseeing schedules, appointments, and meetings for individuals or teams to optimize time and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Document Management: Organizing, storing, and retrieving documents and records in a systematic and efficient manner to support business operations and compliance requirements.
- Email Management: Handling email communications, including sorting, prioritizing, responding to, and archiving messages, to ensure timely and effective correspondence.
- Meeting Planning: Managing all aspects of meetings, from scheduling and agenda development to logistics and follow-up, to ensure successful and productive outcomes.
- Office Administration: Providing administrative support and coordination services to facilitate the smooth operation of office functions and activities.
- Office Management: Overseeing the day-to-day operations and administration of office facilities, equipment, and supplies to support a productive work environment.
- Updating and maintaining program SharePoint (Vector) sites
- Action item tracking and follow-up
- Greeting and escorting visitors
- Scheduling and tracking training completion
- Travel planning and processing of expense reports
- Assistance with new-employee set-up
- Working with other administrative staff supporting corporate events

Basic Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent and 3 - 5 years or prior relevant experience.
Preferred Qualifications
List additional skills and experience that is "nice to have" but not required.
The following skills/abilities are desired:
- Experience supporting a multi-year development/production program valuing more than $100M.
- Proficient using Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
- Proven history of working in a team environment, fostering communication, listening to teammate concerns and reconciling internal issues or differences effectively and respectfully
- Strong interpersonal skills with measured and articulate communication skills
Analytical and strong organizational skills, with excellent verbal and written ability

Pay Range:
Pay Range $55,250.00 - $99,875.00
The Leidos pay range for this job level is a general guideline only and not a guarantee of compensation or salary. Additional factors considered in extending an offer include (but are not limited to) responsibilities of the job, education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity, alignment with market data, applicable bargaining agreement (if any), or other law.
