Leidos' Defense Systems Land Systems Business Area is seeking a talented Logistics Support/Field Service Representative to join our growing Counter-Unmanned Aircraft Systems (CUAS) team. This role will directly support our state-of-the-art radar product line and interact with various other CUAS team members.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Provide transportation and on-site support of CUAS Systems to include but not limited to scheduling and conducting services, HW configuration, HW/SW troubleshooting, and HW/SW installation.


  • Interface with Project Manager, Integrated Product Teams, and other stakeholders for planning, scheduling, and executing installation of CUAS radar systems


  • Contribute to Root Cause Analysis and failure troubleshooting in the set up and operation of radar system by collaborating with internal experts to meet product objectives.


  • Expert knowledge in reading and comprehending electrical and mechanical drawings.


  • Must be able to work independently to achieve project objectives


  • Handle and inspect electrostatic sensitive devices.


  • Support ongoing training programs through collaboration with our technical teams and support documentation to ensure highly trained and competent service.


  • Understand the customer's expectations and perceptions to provide world class service focused on mission, values, and goals.


  • Establish trust and confidence by creating and maintaining open, candid lines of communication with customers, end-users, and partners.


  • Demonstrate discipline, adaptability, attention to detail, sound judgement, initiative, and ability to foster collaboration


  • Must be a U.S. Citizen and a resident of the Huntsville, AL area or willing to relocate

Basic Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree and 4-8 years of relevant experience or Master's degree and 2-6 years of relevant experience. In lieu of degree 12 years or more of directly related experience may be considered .


  • Experience with simulations and radar or other sensor systems


  • Ability to travel up to 25% including the potential for OCONUS travel.


  • Provide subject matter expertise to review requirements, comprehend needs, and solution capabilities that satisfy customer requirements across a diverse portfolio.


  • Ability to work in a highly collaborative, forward thinking, and innovation-driven environment.


  • Must be a US citizen, possess and maintain an active Secret clearance.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Hands-on experience with integrated air and missile defense or counter-air C2 systems


  • Strong leadership and mentorship abilities to apply across diverse teams


  • CDL license

Pay Range:

Pay Range $85,150.00 - $153,925.00

The Leidos pay range for this job level is a general guideline only and not a guarantee of compensation or salary. Additional factors considered in extending an offer include (but are not limited to) responsibilities of the job, education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity, alignment with market data, applicable bargaining agreement (if any), or other law.
