The National Security Sector at Leidos currently has an opening for an analyst in Albuquerque, NM as part of our Counter-WMD Systems Engineering and Integration Team, supporting the Defense Threat Reduction Agency. Primary responsibilities include eliciting Combatant Command needs, scenario development, operational concept definition, analysis of alternatives, and special studies, in addition to support for Advanced Technology Demonstrations (ATDs), Joint Concept Technology Demonstrations (JCTDs), and Quick Reaction Capabilities (QRCs)

In this role you will:

  • Develop and maintain a process to interface with participating operational commands to integrate their needs, scenarios, operational concept definitions and AOAs into overall systems engineering analysis.
  • Develop future scenarios, operational concepts, and the execution of associated AOAs and special studies.
  • Develop initial concepts, prepare program plans/presentations, and support end-to-end development and execution efforts for advanced concept demonstrations.

Required Security Clearance:

  • Active TS/SCI clearance is required however we have the ability to hire at the Secret level for highly qualified candidates who are willing to upgrade to TS/SCI.

Required Experience, Skills, and Education:

  • Active Secret level security clearance and the ability to upgrade to TS/SCI
  • Bachelor's degree and 12+ years of experience, or Masters degree with 10+ years of experience. Additional experience may be substituted for a degree.
  • Experience with Joint Operations concepts
  • Basic familiarity with JCIDS and the Defense Acquisition System

Desired Experience, Skills, and Education:

  • Active TS/SCI security clearance
  • Completion of intermediate level or higher professional military education (PME)
  • CCMD level staff or planning experience

Pay Range:

Pay Range $112,450.00 - $203,275.00

The Leidos pay range for this job level is a general guideline only and not a guarantee of compensation or salary. Additional factors considered in extending an offer include (but are not limited to) responsibilities of the job, education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity, alignment with market data, applicable bargaining agreement (if any), or other law.
