Leidos is seeking a Senior Control Account Manager (CAM) to join our AGUN team. This position will be 100% remote with some associated travel.

POSITION/PROGRAM SUMMARY:
The Senior Control Account Manager (CAM) that will manage one or more technical control accounts on the Army Global Unified Network - Increment 1 (AGUN-INC1) program. The Global Enterprise Network Modernization - OCONUS (GENM-O) is a critical mission provider responsible for keeping the Army connected through global network modernization projects. The Army Global Unified Network - Increment (AGUN-INC1) will unify the next generation of Army transport to comply with the Joint Regional SecurityStack (JRSS) divestiture mandate. A phased systematic approach is required to provide individual sites with standardized, updated technology systems to ensure the Army's Information Technology (IT) infrastructure is equipped to provide soldiers with cutting-edge technology to ensure applications, data, and enterprise services are accessible, trusted, and interoperable across the globe. The role will report to the EVMS Manager. Each CAM will service in a business operations role and be responsible for partnering/interfacing with technical leaders on the program to provide monthly EVM inputs to support the AGUN business rhythm. Contributes to deliverables and performance metrics where applicable.

CLEARANCE REQUIREMENT:
• Must currently possess and be able to maintain an active DoD SECRET security clearance. (US Citizenship required)

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITES:
• Deliver the technical scope on the program within the cost and schedule constraints agreed to by the Leidos Program Manager and the CAM, overall tracking of Technical Direction Plans (TDP), staffing and workload issues and concerns that will assist leaders with the management of complex issues that range from program management, subcontract management, financial planning, and resource management which may require you to deal with and/or resolve corporate sensitive, politically sensitive, and complex challenges.
• Manage and track all changes to the bill of materials (BOM).
• Maintain data integrity across multiple financial and staffing planning tools.
• Analysis of project scope documents (FFP BOEs/CPFF task requests) to track performance metrics, workload forecasts and historical trends.
• Determine the financial impact of what/if scenarios using current EAC and forecasted information modeling options for comparison and tracking actuals against projections at month end. Analyze variances and provide input to forecast updates.
• Communicate with internal team members across multiple areas and client team members. May communicate with parties external to the organization (e.g., sub-contractors, vendors, etc.)• Work with Program tasks areas, and Finance teams to understand and report monthly/quarterly/annual variances within the EAC and forecast to leadership team.
• Host recurring meetings, at least weekly / monthly, with resource managers and the Orderable CLIN teams to gather input, track actuals and adjust forecasts within finance tools.
• Monitor and enforce budgetary restrictions on salaries and purchasing expenses.
• Prepare and update operational plans which includes Leidos personnel, contractors materials procurements and other non-related headcount expenses to meet schedule and cost requirements.
• Support leadership activities associated with materials cost and headcount to identify cost saving initiatives while maintaining operational readiness.
• Maintain staffing data and staffing metrics, providing reports to leadership team as needed.
• Work in conjunction with leadership team to ensure all staffing actions are completed by the required due date.
• Work with functional support teams, including project managers, finance, contracts, subcontracts, and security, to assist with program requirements.
• Assist with the development of content for program reviews and contract milestones.
• Lead weekly EAC meetings at which variances and financial impacts are to be discussed.
• Act as the resource planner for EAC updates within the Engineering/Technology Services budget area and projects that are supported by the team, entering the data into a resource table or Integrated Program Manager (IPM).

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:
• Bachelor's degree and 8+ years of prior relevant experience; additional years of experience may be accepted in lieu of degree.
• Six (6)+ years previous experience as a CAM or they have served in a role where they were responsible for meeting scope, schedule and cost objectives for a contract.
• Prior success with managing multiple priorities and meeting strict business calendar due dates to maintain EVMS deliverables.
• Experience with providing integrated master schedule (IMS) development and critical path management (CPM).
• Experience with development of Estimate to Complete (ETC) and Estimate at Complete (EAC).
• Experience with baseline change control processes.
• Experience with monthly schedule status processes.
• Experience with presenting IBR materials and answering CAM interview questions.
• Ability to work independently or in a team environment to resolve complex issues in a dynamic environment.
• Working knowledge of the ITIL framework and best practices.
• Intermediate to advanced knowledge of using tools like Microsoft Project, Excel, PowerPoint.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
• 8+ years previous experience as a CAM or they have served in a role where they were responsible for meeting scope, schedule and cost objectives for a contract.
• Program Management Professional (PMP) certification.
• Earned Value Profession (EVP) certification.
• Prior experience with managing manufacturing scope.

Pay Range:

Pay Range $89,700.00 - $162,150.00

The Leidos pay range for this job level is a general guideline only and not a guarantee of compensation or salary. Additional factors considered in extending an offer include (but are not limited to) responsibilities of the job, education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity, alignment with market data, applicable bargaining agreement (if any), or other law.
