We're searching for an extraordinary Senior-level Collection Strategist to transform the way our nation gathers and leverages crucial intelligence for a Combatant Command (CCMD) and the Joint Intelligence Operations Center (JIOC).

How You'll Make an Impact

  • Revolutionize Intelligence Collection: Dive into the dynamic world of single and multi-INT collection platforms. Evaluate ISR platform performance, operational effectiveness, and mission achievements to set new standards of excellence.
  • Define the Metrics of Success: Establish robust Measures of Effectiveness (MoE) and Measures of Performance (MoP). Develop comprehensive assessment reports and summaries by extracting performance data from SIPR and JWICS, turning raw data into strategic insights.
  • Craft High-Impact Assessments: Produce clear, persuasive reports-including ISR Platform Effectiveness Assessments and General ISR Assessments-that inform key stakeholders and guide operational decisions.
  • Drive Operational Excellence: Disseminate your insights to leadership and assist in the planning and oversight of ISR asset deployment and integration. Your analytical prowess ensures that every intelligence asset and operation contributes to a stronger mission outcome.
  • Manage Critical ISR Requirements: Oversee theater ISR requirements, support the development of PED (Processing, Exploitation, and Dissemination) processes, and provide essential administrative support for SIGINT Mil-to-Mil agreements with allied nations.
  • Strategic Planning and Continuous Assessment: Prepare, update, and review OPLANs/CONPLANs, briefings, and TTPs for airborne ISR assets. Monitor collection results and generate sensitive reconnaissance operations (SRO) assessments, delivering timely, weekly and monthly updates aligned with J32 Joint Chiefs of Staff directives.
