The Digital Modernization Sector has an opening for a Change Management and Strategy Expert to work in Woodlawn, MD.

This position requires onsite work in Woodlawn, MD five days a week.

Leidos is seeking a highly experienced Change Management and Strategy Expert with expertise in organizational change management and communications. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving strategic initiatives that improve organizational effectiveness and efficiency. You will work closely with leadership teams to develop and implement change management plans, communications strategies, and business process improvements. This is a challenging and rewarding opportunity to make a significant impact on our and our major customer's organizational success.

Day to Day Responsibilities:

  • Partner with leadership teams to define and execute strategic initiatives that drive business growth and improve operational efficiency.
  • Develop and implement change management plans to facilitate organizational transformation and ensure successful adoption of new processes and technologies.
  • Develop and execute communications strategies that effectively convey complex ideas and information to various stakeholders.
  • Analyze business processes to identify areas for improvement and develop solutions to optimize operations.
  • Define key performance indicators and develop metrics to track progress towards strategic objectives.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of strategic initiatives with business objectives.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with stakeholders, acting as a trusted advisor and providing ongoing support.

  • Experience in business and operations strategy, with expertise in organizational change management and communications.
  • Ability to drive change in complex organizations, working with cross functional teams to implement new processes and technologies.

  • Strong knowledge of project management methodologies, including Agile and Lean Six Sigma.
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to use data to drive decision-making.

Showcase your knowledge of modern development through the following experience or skills:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and persuade stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to use data to drive decision-making.
  • Relevant certifications such as Prosci Change Management Certification and Lean Six Sigma Green Belt are a plus.

Education & Qualifications

  • BA degree and 4+ years of prior relevant experience or Masters with 2+ years of prior relevant experience. Additional years of experience may be substituted in lieu of degree.
  • Active Public Trust Clearance or Must be able to obtain a Public Trust

Pay Range:

Pay Range $72,150.00 - $130,425.00

The Leidos pay range for this job level is a general guideline only and not a guarantee of compensation or salary. Additional factors considered in extending an offer include (but are not limited to) responsibilities of the job, education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity, alignment with market data, applicable bargaining agreement (if any), or other law.
