Primary Responsibilities
We are seeking an experienced subject matter expert in ballistic missile systems. The ideal candidate will bring deep technical expertise along with the ability to collaborate, mentor, and represent the program with professionalism.
- Demonstrate proficiency across all aspects of ballistic missile design, manufacturing, testing, and flight dynamics.
- Work effectively both independently and within a collaborative team environment, with minimal supervision.
- Engage confidently with customer personnel at all levels on a daily basis.
- Conduct comprehensive analyses of ballistic missile systems to assess capabilities and performance.
- Provide expert advice and support to government customers on materials, equipment, and infrastructure associated with ballistic missile proliferation and production.
- Mentor junior colleagues, fostering technical growth and professional development.
- Hold a valid U.S. passport and be willing to travel as required.
Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree and 15+ years of relevant experience in ballistic missile systems, or a Master's degree and 13+ years of experience.
- Ability to obtain a TS/SCI clearance with Full-Scope Polygraph.
Preferred Qualifications
- Advanced degree in engineering, physics, or related technical field.
- 15-20 years of direct experience with ballistic missile systems.
- Knowledge of foreign ballistic missile systems and proliferation concerns.
- Experience with U.S. military systems.
- Active TS/SCI with Full-Scope Polygraph.

Pay Range:
Pay Range $134,550.00 - $243,225.00
