Are you a trailblazer in All-Domain Fires Integration, eager to shape the next generation of warfighters? Join Leidos's National Security Sector as our All-Domain Fires Integration SME-fully remote and poised to make an immediate impact on the Joint Advanced Fires Qualification Course (JAFQC). You'll partner with Joint Staff J6 JFID leadership to revolutionize how the DoD commands and controls Fires and Effects at speed and scale.
What You'll Own
- Senior Mentor & Thought Leader Guide JAFQC students and instructors through the art and science of Joint All-Domain Fires-blending theory, simulation, and live-fire exercises into real-world proficiency.
- Curriculum Architect Shape and refine cutting-edge modules that fuse classroom instruction, hands-on training, and wargaming to keep pace with evolving threats.
- Strategic Liaison Bridge JAFQC with the Joint Fire Support Executive Steering Committee and kinetic/non-kinetic stakeholders across land, air, maritime, space, and cyber domains.
- Senior Engagement & Advocacy Build high-level relationships with DoD leadership-pitch future course iterations, secure buy-in, and drive funding approval.
- Fiscal Steward Own the budget lifecycle: forecast, track, and optimize investments to maximize training effectiveness and sustainment.

Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree is required. Additional related experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.
- 10+ years of operational experience , with 5+ years specializing in All-Domain Operations
- Active TS/SCI clearance
- BA/BS or equivalent operational experience
- Proven senior leadership in a Service Warfighting Development Organization
- Deep expertise in integrating Fires across all five warfighting domains
- Combatant Command or Service Component fires & effects coordination background
- Hands-on with Service school programs: POM processes, budgeting, and curriculum development
- Familiarity with inter-agency Boards, Bureaus, Cells & Working Groups
- Mastery of UJTL/METL framework and Joint All-Domain Fires assessment methodologies
Preferred Qualifications
- Advanced degree (MA/MS) in relevant field
- Infantry, Artillery, or SOF operational background
- Senior staff role at a Service Weapons School equivalent
- J35 operations/planning experience at Combatant Command or Service Component level
- Demonstrated success in interagency coordination

Pay Range:
Pay Range $89,700.00 - $162,150.00
