Overview
As a Customer Experience Specialist, you will serve as a dedicated point of contact for clients who need personalized support beyond standard customer service. You will take ownership of escalated issues, process refunds and chargebacks, respond to reviews, and work cross-functionally to resolve complex client situations. Through clear communication, sound judgment, and thorough follow-through, you will ensure clients receive timely resolutions and leave each interaction feeling heard and supported.
This position will be onsite at our Reno, NV office.
You will
  • Take full ownership of escalated client issues that cannot be resolved through standard support, providing personalized, hands-on solutions
  • Handle escalations across Business Credit, Business Plan, Legal, Trademark, Website, and 501c3 service lines
  • Process refunds and voids with discretion and sound judgment
  • Respond to chargebacks by gathering CRM data, documenting client touch points, and building thorough case responses
  • Proactively reach out to clients who leave 1–3 star reviews to resolve their concerns and restore satisfaction
  • Navigate the CRM system across multiple views — creating and viewing leads, account views, global notes, entity views, and processing — to investigate and resolve client issues
  • Maintain accurate and complete records of all client interactions and case activity
  • Communicate professionally and empathetically in all forms of communication with clients and internal team members


You have
  • 2+ years of experience in a client-facing role involving escalations, collections, or high-touch customer support
  • Experience navigating a CRM system across multiple views and functions
  • Strong problem-solving and investigation skills with the ability to identify root causes and resolve complex issues
  • Composure and empathy when handling frustrated or upset clients — you stay calm and solutions-focused
  • Excellent phone, written, and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to multitask effectively and switch between systems and cases without losing accuracy
  • Basic computer skills including Microsoft Office products (Excel, Word, Outlook) and ability to type while on calls
  • Ability to read and write Spanish proficiently (preferred, not required)
 
Actual compensation will depend on several factors, but the annual average compensation is around $34,000 - $37,000.
