Inventory Coordinator/Administrator will be responsible for
- a. Maintaining inventory system utilized in China in order to manage on hand stock and supply of reagents, consumables and laboratory supplies Ability to provide accurate and timely transactions for receiving, usage and inventory stock level activities(cycle counting, inventory reports and month end reconciliations)
- b. Centralized requisitioned for all lab departments
- c. Centralized receiver for all lab departments for timely receipt and inspection of inbound raw materials, includes documentation support to receiving site's logistics team
- d. Ownership for inventory administration as required, for min/max levels per item usage allocations that help lab see/know what has been used (working closely with lab managers)
- e. work closely with procurement to expedite or delay standing orders' schedule(s) for deliveries
- f. physically monitor inventory at various work stations in the lab
- g. assist lab department manager with organization of reagent storage areas and proper identification to achieve first in-first out practices.
- h. other duties as assigned
- Inventory coordinator/administrator will report to regional or site manager of Sourcing-Supply Chain who is directly involved with lab management and senior techs who are key internal customers.

Experience
Minimum Required:
- Minimum 3 Years of experience in supply chain and inventory control role
- Years of experience in other professional roles.
- Prefer certification or degree in Supply Chain or related discipline
- Other required work-related experiences.
- Knowledge of systems, processes for inventory management practices
- Ability to utilized inventory systems
Education/Qualifications/Certifications and Licenses
Minimum Required:
- Minimum education requirements include high school diploma, collegiate level
- courses or degree in supply chain or similar discipline is preferred
- Familiar wtih MS office especially in the outlook/ excel operation
- basic data analysis capability
- well communication skill is preferred
