We are looking for a Support Services Team Lead to join our Logistics team in Tulsa, OK.

Work Schedule: Monday - Friday 10:00am - 6:30pm; ability to cover outside the normal shift at times, and weekends as needed.
Work Location: Tulsa, Oklahoma
Job Responsibilities:
- Assist in the supervision of the day-to-day Logistics operations of the Tulsa, Oklahoma, branch.
- Help lead the team in their daily processes and procedures
- Encourage logistics process improvements and best practices
- Perform quality assurance checks of routes and procedures to ensure efficiency and accuracy
- Resolve any errors as requested by team leadership
- Research and resolve any errors while escalating when necessary
- Engage in continuous process and service level improvements
- Responsible for assisting Support Services Supervisor with reinforcing and managing policies and procedures
- Perform administrative duties as needed
- Assist with any gaps in Logistics routes as needed
Job Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- "Associate's degree or higher is a plus"
- 3 years of relevant experience is preferred
- Prior leadership experience is a plus
- Familiarity with laboratory operations as well as policies and procedures is preferred
- Strong computer skills and working knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Excellent communication skills; both written and verbal
- High level of attention to detail with strong organizational and prioritization skills
- Strong critical thinking skills with the ability to make decisions in a fast paced environment
- Ability to handle the physical requirements of the position
