Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in IT or healthcare required
- Minimum 8 years of relevant experience in EDI and/or IT healthcare
- Experience working with different EMR vendors and/or Labs on project implementations
- Ability to interact professionally with various departments and levels of leadership
- Strong communication skills: both written and verbal
- Possess strong project management, organizational, and customer service skills
- Comfortable working under minimal supervision
- Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
- Ability to work independently or in a team environment
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access)

Duties/Responsibilities:
- Manage and drive multiple HHS projects to completion in all phases within corporate specified deadlines
- Monitor specific client requirements and ensure deadlines are met
- Communicate with clients and vendors via phone and email
- Provide exceptional customer service to all patients and clients
- Collaborate with various functional groups including sales, lab operations, senior leadership and third-party vendors
- Build and cultivate strong working relationships with clients to gain their support and solidify their continued business
- Assist clients and vendors to troubleshoot issues of varying degrees of complexity
- Collaborate with various functional groups including sales, lab operations, and third-party vendors to provide client issue resolutions in a timely manner
- Perform analysis of client ordering patterns to uncover client ordering issues early in to improve electronic ordering and resulting

Pay Range: $85k-95k
