Senior Manager, Digital Product Experience

As the Senior Manager, Digital Product Experience, you will be responsible for shaping and elevating the digital experience across our branded website and assisting with integration of Invitae content within the broader, Labcorp.com experience. This role is pivotal in connecting engagement to action-driving performance, deepening user engagement, and translating marketing strategy into a seamless and scalable digital product.

Serving our B2B and B2C audiences, you'll lead content strategy, experience direction, and site governance for our Invitae integration from the lens of audience-centricity, business goals, and brand integrity. You'll work cross-functionally with internal stakeholders (technology, marketing, sales, etc.) and agency partners to evolve the digital experience into a modern, high-performing channel for education, conversion, and brand storytelling.

This hybrid role requires a minimum of three in-office days per week at either our Burlington or Durham, NC location, promoting both collaboration and flexibility. Alternatively, the position may be performed remotely from San Francisco, CA or the surrounding area.

Responsibilities

  • Own the end-to-end strategy and roadmap for the Invitae.com experience, ensuring it aligns with enterprise objectives and audience needs.
  • Oversee experience strategy, navigation, and site architecture with a focus on clarity, accessibility, and conversion.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact and strategic lead for Invitae.com-related initiatives and enhancements as we continue evolving the site and migrating content onto Labcorp's Adobe Experience Manager platform.


Content Strategy & Governance


  • Conduct a comprehensive content audit to assess relevance, performance, and gaps that drive audience engagement.
  • Develop and implement a robust content strategy that serves B2B and B2C audiences across the customer journey.
  • Establish content governance processes and workflows in collaboration with brand, legal, and compliance teams.
  • Partner with agency teams and internal contributors to ensure content is timely, accurate, optimized, and brand consistent.


SEO & Performance Optimization


  • Contribute to SEO strategy in partnership with internal and agency experts, ensuring content is discoverable and aligned with keyword insights and search behavior.
  • Define and track KPIs for digital engagement and content performance, including traffic, conversion, bounce rate, and funnel performance.
  • Ensure appropriate web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics) are in use to derive actionable insights and optimize user journeys.


Collaboration & Enablement


  • Partner with internal teams (Marketing, Communications, Technology, Sales) to align digital strategy with broader campaign and business goals.
  • Develop and maintain toolkits, templates, and guidelines to support distributed publishing and commerce teams.


Agency & Vendor Management


  • Serve as day-to-day contact and strategic lead for agency partners supporting Invitae.com UX, SEO, and content production.
  • Manage scopes, timelines, priorities, and quality assurance for all agency deliverables.


Education and/or Work Experience Requirements:


  • Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business, Library Science, Graphic/Visual Design or Informatics
  • 8+ years of experience in digital product management, digital content strategy, experience strategy, or related disciplines
  • 3+ years in a leadership or team management role, preferably in a large enterprise or regulated industry
  • Deep understanding of digital experience best practices, including SEO, UX, web analytics, personalization, and performance measurement
  • Proven ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and manage agency relationships
  • Experience working across diverse audiences, including B2B and B2C
  • Strong communication skills with a collaborative mindset
  • Familiarity with enterprise CMS platforms (e.g., Adobe Experience Manager, Sitecore, WordPress, Contentful) and analytics tools (Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics)
  • Strategic thinker who can connect the dots between audience needs, business objectives, and digital execution
  • A strong advocate for simplicity, clarity, and accessibility in content and experience
  • Adept at translating complex information into intuitive digital experiences
  • Comfortable working in matrixed organizations with multiple stakeholders and competing priorities
  • Data-driven and outcomes-oriented, with a track record of delivering measurable impact
  • Curiosity, humility and interest in building something new
  • The ability to manage multiple projects with little oversight and the awareness to ask for help when needed

Preferred requirements:


  • Experience in healthcare, financial services, energy, or similarly regulated sectors

Pay Range $150,000 - $170,000

All job offers will be based on a candidate's skills and prior relevant experience, applicable degrees/certifications, as well as internal equity and market data.
