Salesforce IT Director

Labcorp is recruiting a Salesforce IT Director for a dynamic team in Durham, NC. This will be a hybrid based position in RTP.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the growth and support of Labcorp's strategic Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Health Cloud platforms.
  • Partner with other IT leaders to ensure that the Salesforce platforms are aligned with the company's broader technical strategies.
  • Manage a team of Salesforce developers and administrators and provide hands on technical leadership.
  • Collaborate with multiple business leaders to ensure that the Salesforce platform supports their business objective.
  • Drive process automation and efficiency.
  • Ensure that these platforms are compliant with all security, privacy and HIPAA requirements.

Required Experience and Skills

  • In-depth knowledge of Salesforce technologies.
  • At least 8 years of experience with Salesforce technologies.
  • At least 4 years experience leading a Salesforce CRM team.
  • Experience with any two of Sales Cloud, Service Cloud or Health Cloud.
  • Good understanding of Sales and Service business processes.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Salesforce developer / architect certifications highly preferred.
  • Knowledge of CI/CD tools such as Copado, Bitbucket and Jenkins

Education

  • Bachelor's degree required, preferably in Computer Science or Engineering.
