Labcorp is looking for a Real Estate Data Analyst to be responsible for analyzing and interpreting data related to real estate portfolio, contracts, and financials to support decision making and continuous improvement within Global Real Estate.
Other Responsibilities include:
- Reporting, KPI tracking, and data management
- Collects, reviews, evaluates, and maintains data for Global Real Estate.
- Analyzes data for system performance and functionality.
- Rent analysis and rent payment processing.
- Data entry and data management of lease and support documents.
- Ensure data integrity with reviews, validations, and controls.
- Accurate reporting on real estate portfolio, financial performance, and metrics to convey comprehensive and complex information.
- Analytic skills
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Attention to detail
- Superb organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and within a team to build relationship and interact effectively with real estate, finance, and compliance teams
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office with the capability to master company real estate and database programs

Minimum Education and Experience Required:
- With Bachelors' Degree: 3-5 years of work experience in data analytics, contract administration, or corporate real estate
- Without Bachelor's Degree: Over 10-years of work experience.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in corporate administration, business, finance or similar field
- Current and/or prior Labcorp experience is preferred.
Application Window: 5/19-5/22 (or state minimum if higher)
Pay Range: $31,200 - 94,100 per year
All job offers will be based on a candidate's skills and prior relevant experience, applicable degrees/certifications, as well as internal equity and market data.
