Are you an experienced GLP/GCP Auditor and looking for the next step in your career?
Here at Labcorp, we are seeking a QA Team Leader to join our QA GLP/GCP team at our site in Harrogate, North Yorkshire.
In this role you will manage a small team of Auditors paired with having the responsibility of auditing reports. As a subject matter expert, you will be responsible for liaising with clients and hosting client regulatory inspections.
Duties include:
- Providing day to day supervision and guidance for the team, in order to make sure that tasks are completed according to procedural requirements.
- Conducting audits for the GLP/GCP teams.
- Contributing to global QA policies on interpretation/ application of regulations.
- Providing subject matter expertise to projects.
- Supporting team in CAPA plan creation.
- Hosting external audits/inspections e.g. regulatory inspections, strategic clients.
- Assisting with the facilitation of audit responses.
- Supporting the QA-to-QA relationship with key client(s).
- Delivery of training in performance of audits.
- Participating (for multi-regulatory topics in area of expertise) global Quality initiative(s) aimed at improving compliance and/or efficiency of the QA organization.
- Supporting the reporting of quality metrics and implementation of necessary corrective actions and/or process improvements via appropriate forum (e.g. Monthly Reports, Site Quality Review, Liaison meetings).
- Ensuring Regulatory Compliance and Quality Assurance (RC&QA) responsibilities, as indicated in applicable controlled documents, are followed.
