Your Role: Metrology Technician

As a Metrology Technician, you'll be a key player in ensuring our laboratory instrumentation is operating at peak performance. From calibrating and repairing equipment to supporting scientific innovation, your work will directly impact the quality and reliability of our research.

What You'll Do:

• Perform routine and complex calibrations, preventive maintenance, and repairs on lab equipment.
• Document and analyze data from maintenance activities.
• Troubleshoot issues using manuals, tech support, and peer collaboration.
• Work with computer-controlled instruments and multiple software systems.
• Maintain a safe, compliant, and organized work environment.
• Support the Madison site, with occasional travel to other Labcorp locations.

What We're Looking For:

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Prior metrology experience strongly preferred
• Background in facilities or maintenance is a plus
• Skilled in using hand tools and computer applications
• Detail-oriented, safety-conscious, and a strong communicator
