Member Marketing Manager

We are seeking a Member Marketing Manager to support the creation, operationalizing, and reporting for our campaigns, playbooks, and toolkits for our enrollment and engagement efforts. This person will work as part of a highly collaborative and cross-functional team that is responsible for driving eligible members to enroll in Ovia+, their women's health benefit provided by their employer or health plan.

The Member Marketing Manager will help develop full-funnel member marketing campaigns, spanning activation, awareness, enrollment, engagement, and retention. They will play a key part in helping to assess and refine current strategies, as well as ideate and execute new campaigns and tactics that help drive member enrollment among our employer and health plan clients.

This role is ideal for someone who has multiple years of experience creating and measuring B2B2C integrated marketing campaigns, and who understands the relationship between the B2B buyer and the end user, and how utilization demonstrates ROI for our customers. This role will play an integral part in shaping our member marketing efforts, have high visibility among our commercial leaders, and health plan and employer clients.

Previous experience presenting to clients is not necessary, but an interest in developing this skill is preferred.

This person will report to the Director of Member Enrollment and Engagement Marketing.

What you will do:

  • Multi-channel campaign creation and management. Create, launch, and measure enrollment and engagement campaigns that span the entire member journey, from activation through retention, and include multiple channels and target audiences, including email marketing, organic/paid social, in-app messaging, virtual webinars, podcasts, direct mail, and other channels
  • Member funnel optimization and measurement: Measure each member journey stage to help track and optimize the enrollment and engagement, and an ability to use data to prioritize and tighten efforts.
  • Project management. Work cross-functionally across marketing functions and internal stakeholders to manage timelines, deliverables, and asks.
  • Creative development. Brainstorm ideas and tactics to refine existing strategies and opportunities to test and measure new tactics across enrollment and engagement
  • Asset management. Maintain the client resource library and ensure that content is constantly being refreshed.
  • Client enablement. Draft the client newsletter (monthly) to nurture client enablement efforts.
  • Report out and share meaningful and thorough review of work (e.g., content review) to internal stakeholders, and clients, as ready.
  • Track and report performance metrics to optimize campaigns and ensure goals are met.
  • Provide collaboration across teams, especially Product, Client Success, Content, and Brand teams
  • Manage the member marketing style guidelines and ensure that content aligns with our style guide

Who you are:

  • Skilled digital and B2B2C marketer, with an understanding of health plan benefits and relevant marketing strategies
  • Experience marketing to end users to drive client renewals and retention
  • An understanding of how to articulate value propositions across different audiences (new versus recurring users)
  • Experience using email marketing, webinars, paid media, with understanding of security privacy issues
  • Support enrollment and engagement marketing plans and strategies for new clients
  • Highly analytical with a strong mindset for growth
  • Creative skillset; attention to detail and experience in working with design teams to ensure brand alignment
  • Ability to translate research and insights into actionable marketing plans
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills including strong presentation skills
  • Strong business judgment: ability to quickly understand business drivers for our clients
  • Foster and maintain relationships across internal teams, and ensure marketing approach value proposition alignment across member toolkits and campaigns
  • Work with manager and skip levels to develop individual goals and track progress

What we require:

  • Minimum 4 years of B2B and/or B2B2C healthcare marketing experience
  • Experience in the healthcare space, including leading and managing integrated marketing campaigns
  • High proficiency using digital marketing technologies for enrollment and engagement journeys, such as Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Alchemer Mobile, Sprout Social, and others.
  • Exceptionally strong organizational and project management skills
  • Previous experience owning and finishing managing multiple projects
  • Creative skillset; attention to detail and experience in working with design teams to ensure brand alignment
  • Ability to strategically translate research and insights into actionable marketing plans
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills including strong presentation skills
  • Self-directed, entrepreneurial and eager to take ownership and grow in the role
  • Strong business judgment

Pay Range: $100,000 - $115,000/annual

LBP Eligible Positions:

The position is also eligible for an annual bonus under the Labcorp Bonus Plan. Bonuses are payable based on corporate and/or business segment performance and are subject to individual performance modifiers.

Benefits: Employees regularly scheduled to work 20 or more hours per week are eligible for comprehensive benefits including: Medical, Dental, Vision, Life, STD/LTD, 401(k), Paid Time Off (PTO) or Flexible Time Off (FTO), Tuition Reimbursement and Employee Stock Purchase Plan.
