Are you a driven sales professional ready to make an impact? As an Inside Sales Executive at Ovia Health by Labcorp, you'll play a key role in accelerating growth by partnering closely with our Employer Market Consultant Relations and Channel Partnerships teams. Your mission: convert warm leads into signed contracts and fuel our expansion in the employer market.
This is a high-energy, outbound-focused role involving frequent phone outreach and strategic email engagement with prospective clients. Duties and responsibilities include:
- Lead Management & Qualification: Receive, review, and qualify incoming leads from the Consultant Relations team to ensure alignment with target criteria.
- Active Outreach & Engagement: Initiate contact with qualified leads to understand employer needs, present OVIA solutions, and build relationships.
- Solution Presentation: Conduct virtual meetings, demos, and presentations to educate prospects about OVIA's offerings and value propositions.
- Needs Assessment & Solution Alignment: Collaborate with employer contacts to identify their needs and tailor solutions accordingly.
- Pipeline Development: Cultivate and manage a sales pipeline of potential employer clients, tracking progress through the sales cycle.
- Negotiation & Contracting: Lead negotiations with prospects, addressing objections, and working toward mutually beneficial agreements.
- CRM Management & Reporting: Maintain accurate records of all interactions, updates on lead status, and sales activities within CRM systems: prepare regular sales reports.
- Market & Industry Research: Stay informed on industry trends, employer market segments, and competitor activities to inform sales strategies.
- Collaborate with Internal Teams: Coordinate closely with the Consultant Relations and Channel Partnerships teams for lead flow and with other internal teams (e.g., marketing, product) to support sales efforts.
- Achieve Sales Targets: Meet or exceed established sales quotas and KPIs for employer market acquisition.
Required Qualifications
- A High School diploma or equivalent is required
- An Associate's or Bachelor's degree is preferred
- At least 3 years of experience in sales or account management, with a proven track record of success
- Effective consultative selling skills and the ability to confidently close deals
- Ability to interpret scientific literature and incorporate clinical data into sales conversations
- Clear and confident communication skills-both written and verbal
- Well-developed organizational and time management abilities to handle multiple priorities
- Comfortable using Microsoft Office tools, including Word, PowerPoint, and Excel

Pay Range: $22/hour - $33/hour
Variable Compensation Sales:
The position is also eligible for bonus and/or commissions under the applicable variable compensation plan. Bonus/commissions are earned based on achievement of performance metrics under the plan.
Benefits: Employees regularly scheduled to work 20 or more hours per week are eligible for comprehensive benefits including: Medical, Dental, Vision, Life, STD/LTD, 401(k), Paid Time Off (PTO) or Flexible Time Off (FTO), Tuition Reimbursement and Employee Stock Purchase Plan.
