Labcorp is hiring a Healthcare IT Product Specialist. This person will serve as an expert on specific products and solutions within Labcorp's Provider Portfolio. This person will gain an understanding of the functionality, design, and benefits of the products to effectively communicate and sell them to the customer. Qualified candidates will have current or previous experience in a sales or product specialist role, ideally in healthcare.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Developing in-depth knowledge of the company's product line
- Engaging with customers to identify their needs and suggest appropriate products
- Conducting product demonstrations or presentations to clients and potential customers
- Assisting in the creation of promotional materials and product marketing strategies
- Working closely with the sales and marketing teams to achieve sales objectives
- Providing post-sale support and feedback to customers
- Monitoring market trends and competitor products
- Training other staff members about the product details
- Assisting in product development and enhancements based on customer feedback and market trends

REQUIREMENTS
- 3-5 years' experience working in a professional business or healthcare environment
- Proven experience as a Product Specialist, Sales Engineer, or similar role
- Strong technical knowledge of the product category
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to work in a team environment
- Customer service orientation
- BSc degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or relevant field
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Regularly works with a computer for approximately 6-8 hours a day
- Preference given to current or former Labcorp employees
EDUCATION
- Bachelor's degree in scientific, business or technology related field or equivalent experience

Pay Range: $97,000 - 135,000 annual salary
All job offers will be based on a candidate's skills and prior relevant experience, applicable degrees/certifications, as well as internal equity and market data.
Benefits: Employees regularly scheduled to work 20 or more hours per week are eligible for comprehensive benefits including: Medical, Dental, Vision, Life, STD/LTD, 401(k), Paid Time Off (PTO) or Flexible Time Off (FTO), Tuition Reimbursement and Employee Stock Purchase Plan.
