Business Operations Analyst II

The Health Systems Business Operations Analyst provides high-level strategic support to the Vice President of Acute Care Services & Visiun® and the Health Systems team. This role is responsible for managing complex projects, coordinating educational and client-facing programs, and supporting strategic initiatives across the enterprise. The Analyst serves as a key liaison between internal stakeholders, external partners, and clients, ensuring seamless execution of programs and initiatives that enhance operational efficiency and client engagement.
This is a hybrid position requiring three days per week onsite at either Burlington, NC or Durham, NC. Applicants who live within 35 miles of either the Burlington, NC or Durham, NC location will follow a hybrid schedule. This schedule includes a minimum of three in-office days per week at an assigned location, either Burlington or Durham, supporting both collaboration and flexibility.

Project & Program Management
- Lead and manage cross-functional projects supporting health system initiatives.
- Collaborate with advisors to develop and publish Hospital Lab & Visiun case studies.
- Coordinate quarterly Visiun client trainings and webinars, ensuring content quality and logistical execution.
- Organize and manage Hospital Lab Leaders webinars, including speaker coordination and platform setup.
- Oversee all conference attendance logistics for the Health Systems team, including registration, travel, and materials.
Strategic Support & Data Coordination
- Provide strategic chief of staff support to the VP, Acute Care Services and the Acute Care team.
- Provide strategic RFP support for new deals in compiling data for the Hospital Operations team.
- Maintain and update documentation and templates for strategic initiatives.
Educational Program Coordination
- Manage and support educational programs for internal and external participants, including scheduling, materials, and evaluations.
- Facilitate relationships and provide support for managed hospital lab and other health systems related initiatives.
- Connect and align educational resources across departments to ensure consistency and accessibility.
- Coordinate speakers and logistics for live educational events and programs.
- Maintain guidelines and documentation to share and disseminate to hospital lab leaders across the DX business.
Qualifications
- Preferred Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, business, communications, or related field.
- 3+ years of experience in healthcare operations, project management, or administrative support.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, webinar platforms (e.g., Zoom, Webex, Teams), and project management tools.
- Experience with data analysis and reporting tools (e.g., Excel, Access, Tableau) preferred.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
