Labcorp is hiring an accountant to join the revenue cycle management team. This person will perform cash reconciliation and journal entries. This person should have cash or banking experience along with GL/AR experience in order to report cash and credit card transactions.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Analyze and reconcile balance sheet accounts.
- Develop and recommend departmental procedure improvements for reconciling AR and Cash.
- Be alert and recommend solutions for any RCM Cash and AR internal control weaknesses in support of Cash and AR reconciliations.
- Analyze and audit cash sales variances, communicate findings to Corporate and Field management, and coordinate resolution.
- Formulate manual journal entries as needed to accurately reflect GL balances.
- Special projects as requested to meet the requirements of the department.

REQUIREMENTS
- 3 to 5 years of accounting experience.
- Labcorp AR & GL experience is preferred (CICS, PeopleSoft, Oracle Cloud ERO).
- Excellent PC (Excel), analytical, written and oral communication skills.
- Access is a preferred skill.
- Cash reconciliation or banking experience is required.
- General Ledger experience.
EDUCATION
- Requires a minimum of a B.A./B.S. Degree.

Pay Range: $47,500 - $66,000 annual salary
All job offers will be based on a candidate's skills and prior relevant experience, applicable degrees/certifications, as well as internal equity and market data.
