Account Specialist

Saint Paul, MN

The Labcorp LES Program Management Team is seeking an Account Specialist. This position is responsible for providing support services to internal partners and external customers. It is fast paced with high output and a constantly changing environment. The ideal candidate has the ability to switch tasks throughout the day and meet all deadlines, be responsive to escalation concerns, manage time and competing priorities, research and resolve all incoming requests using critical thinking and problem-solving skills, is self-driven, goal oriented and has a strong desire for finding efficiencies and solutions to problems. The candidate must be able to work well in cross-functional teams and be independent yet a team player.

  • PST error correction follow up and tracking
  • PSC audit follow up
  • PSC Issues
  • Labcorp Solutions collector training and registration
  • Work with Patient Service Centers to guide them on training requirements and guidance on the collection process
  • Other duties as assigned

Required Experience and skillsets that will be applied and used daily in this position:

  • 3 years' customer service experience in an office or administrative setting
  • Critical thinking and multi-tasking
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Works well in a team environment
  • Ability to problem solve and make decisions with minimal supervision

Preferred:

  • BA degree preferred, Associates degree, or equivalent work experience
  • 3 years' customer service experience preferred
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills and customer service skills
  • Works well in a team environment
  • Ability to problem solve and make decisions with minimal supervision
  • Knowledge of Drugfree Workplace Testing
  • Knowledge of 49CFR Part 40 Federal Collection guidelines preferred
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel
  • Requires access to the Saint Paul MN location

Pay Range: $21-$28/hr

Benefits: All job offers will be based on a candidate's skills and prior relevant experience, applicable degrees/certifications, as well as internal equity and market data.
