Job Description
- Project management of non-innovation, new product launches (trade programs, packaging changeovers, etc.) with emphasis on supply chain planning inputs and outputs (materials availability, production scheduling)
- Coordinate with cross-functional stakeholders to prepare senior leader presentation-ready content for weekly & monthly S&OP and Planning team performance reviews
- Assist with portfolio optimization KPI tracking, analysis and execution
- Work with external suppliers and internal operations teams on planning one off, ad hoc repacking requests
- Country lead for S&OP processes for global Logistics Excellence program, ensuring we are adapting Best Practices and collecting evidence for annual audits
Job Qualifications
- University degree preferably in Engineering, Business Administration or Applied Math and Science.
- Knowledge of integrated planning within the consumer-packaged goods industry.
- 5 years experience in Fast Moving Consumer Goods environment, with emphasis on Logistics planning experience
- Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Excel, SAP, PowerBI & PowerPoint. Poses the ability to prepare and present monthly results presentations to Executive Leadership team and balance many priorities.
- Background in Continuous Improvement (Lean, Six Sigma) or Agile Project Management preferred (Scrum).
