Job Description

Producer - Labatt draftLine
The producer is a highly creative problem solver, great at liaising between brand teams and creatives to execute deliverables big and small, digital and otherwise, with exceptional quality and proficient speed. You must thrive in a fast-paced pressure environment and pride yourself in your ability to take ownership of your work and demonstrate strong abilities to effectively communicate between multiple groups, and show excitement to grow an agency from ground up. Here you will be able to build process and new ways of work, and be involved at laying the operational foundation of a key new component of Labatt.

• Passionate about social and digital advertising and communication
• Well versed in all areas of digital communications production (social, web, apps, video, imagery etc.)

You will:
• Participate in briefings to identify and document project scope including budgets, timelines and production needs
• Work with the creative team and brand team (your pod) to define required deliverables to accomplish project and campaign tasks
• Work with Pod lead of your projects on finance on all admin/billing/tracking for your projects
• Translate and present specifications and project requirements to creative/ studio/ production teams
• Create and manage resource schedules for production needs
• Project financial reports and reconciliations
This is a 1 year contract



Job Qualifications

Project Briefing-Production
• You will be the main project lead from briefing to delivery for any projects requiring internal or external production.
• Work with the creative teams to create storyboards, shot lists, mood boards, casting specs
• Source and organize delivery for props
• Manage timeline and any costs
• Handle bids for external production partners
• Create asset trackers for media delivery
• Manage French translation or adaptions if needed
• Submit invoices to finance if applicable
• Submit to ASC/telecaster/regie if needed
• Upload assets to digital asset management system

You have:
• University or college
• A minimum of 4 years producer/project management experience
• Experience using project management tools
• Experience on 360/digital campaigns
