Job Description
Job Description:
- Perform product changeovers, CIPs on the can filler, and equipment sanitation
- Track packaging materials for usage/loss rates, maintain packaging machine performance logs, and participate in process improvement initiatives
- Perform regular quality control checks, ensuring that product is produced within specifications and in the proper condition
- Ensure all legislated and company issued policies/SOPs are followed
- Other duties may be assigned as required
Pay: $20.90 (once probation is complete - increase to $21.10)
- Ability to earn shift premium for afternoon & night (paid overtime - where applicable)

- Location: Labatt's innovation hub where we produce over 300 different products for our national distribution channels. Lead production of ready-to-drink products & sole producer of Stanley Park.
- Grade 12 education or equivalent (proof required). Post-secondary education considered an asset
- Exceptional work, discipline and attendance record
- Ability to follow health and safety rules and procedures
- Ability to work independently and cooperatively with co-workers
- Comfortable with rotating shifts (Mornings/ Afternoons / Nights)
- Basic mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills
- Willingness to learn supply chain related computer programs
