Job Description

  • Responsible for developing the short-term Materials Resource Plan for Primary Packaging as well as medium-term (3-month) forecasts to suppliers, and annual budgets.
  • Responsible for developing Inventory Policy for Primary Packaging throughout the supply chain and setting medium term plans with suppliers and internal Labatt teams to attain that policy.
  • Key Measurements in role are: Supplier Attainment, Materials Out-of-Range, Forecast Accuracy, and Customer Delivery Performance hits due to materials.
  • Manage supplier inventory to avoid material obsolescence and reduce costs. Work cross-functionally with Labatt production planners and the commercial team to deplete inventories
  • Risk identification and cross-functional contingency planning when supply chain challenges arise.


Job Qualifications

  • Proven leadership skills with strong business acumen and highly performance driven. Excellent presentation skills with solid communication capabilities and practices, both oral and written.
  • Demonstrated deep understanding of Supply Chain processes, strategy, production/packaging capacities and related planning processes
  • Broad strategic thinker, with clear vision and passion for continuous improvement as a critical business philosophy. Respected and trusted leader with proven track record of achievement, solid technical skills and a reputation as a leader of change
  • Strong interpersonal capabilities, and able to work cross-functionally with others
  • Strong organizational skills, the ability to juggle multiple priorities at once re-prioritizing as needed
  • Proven problem-solver with a solution-oriented mindset
  • Technical Competencies: Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Suite
