ROLE SUMMARY

• Manage IT support budget of logistics and supply systems including budget planning, execution, utilisation, and improvement
• Manage the overall performance and SLA achievement of logistics and supply systems IT support
• Manage support vendors' delivery and performance, in terms of a) SLA(Service Level Agreement) achievement b) continuous improvement, c) good relationship with vendor d) support cost
• Manage customer satisfaction, ensure IT support of logistics and supply systems meets business needs, in line with business priority and deliver result
• Continuously improve efficiency and effectiveness of the IT support operation for logistics and supply systems through support process optimization, better vendor performance and relationship management, and root cause analysis with implementation of action plan
• Manage software change requests of logistics and supply systems through: a) understanding business requirement and business benefit of the change, b) aligning the priority, budget and delivery time line of the change with business, and c) managing implementation of the change as aligned with business d) manage the vendor delivery
• Complete assignments related to Minimum Internal Control Standards (MICS) as related to area of responsibility
• Play a role of SME/Product owner of Logistics and Supply systems to contribute to application modernization and transformation projects

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business or related discipline
• Hands-on experience with SQL; Application development experience with 1 or more languages is a plus
• Experience or knowledge of cloud based application architecture leveraging Microsoft Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud
• 4+ years - Service operations experience in multiple lead roles
• 4+ years - logistics & supply systems support experience including business process understanding and system understanding as SME (Subject Matter Expert)
• Exceptional ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously, delivering on time, within budget while meeting or exceeding customer service level agreements
• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills required, including an understanding of how to interpret customer business needs, translating them into operational requirements and solutions
• Strong knowledge base / use of IT policies and standard processes
• Contribute to monthly expenditure management and forecasts as a line item owner within the technology budget
• Agile /Scrum methodology experience is a plus
