Job Description
- Ensure invoices have correct authorization, account codes, and supporting documents before entering data into system
- Dealing with vendor queries
- Support logistics team with admin duties
- File invoices and follow up on outstanding balances
- Generating reports, requesting purchase orders
- Special projects & responsibilities as required
- General administrative duties
Job Qualifications
- Recently completed college diploma/degree in a business/admin function
- SAP experience is an asset
- Excellent communication and follow up skills
- Ability to work with minimal supervision
- Quick learner and has a great attention to detail
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word and Excel)
