Job Description

As Manager, Technology User Experience, you will support overall Technology end user experience for the organization in helping project delivery and improve customer experience for Canada. You also act as a buffer between the scrum project teams helping with conflict resolution, driving Agile projects to support day to day IT operation execution as needed.
Specific Duties and Responsibilitie

• Ability to interface with IT personnel to discuss technical matters pertaining to issues or technical specifications
• Provide support on routine management tasks and provide effective communication with customers and act as partner for IT organization
• Solid knowledge on Project status tracking, Metrics working with big data sets with excel.
• Provide hands-on support to employees, collaborating with people across widely varying levels and roles, leading teams toward further understanding and adoption of Agile as well as overall company growth and improvement
• Maintains working familiarity with current technologies, trends, and regulations that affect strategic planning for corporate communications systems

Job Qualifications

Job Qualifications

• 2-3 years' progressive technical working experience in networking and application operation
• Experience supporting projects with infrastructure hosted both on-prem and in the cloud
• 1-2 years' experience Technical software/product analysis role or working on Technical projects
• Experience supporting cloud-based initiatives (ie. Azure, AWS, Google Cloud Platform's).
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Experience with Azure DevOps, Jira and Microsoft Teams products & agile methodologies
• Strong interpersonal, coaching, and communication skills

Education/Certifications

• A bachelor's degree in Technology field, Business, or another related field is preferred (If no degree, 2-4+ years' experience in IT Industry).
• Scrum Master certification or similar (an asset)
