Job Description
- Lead and coordinate the execution of regional innovation projects, working with the product and packaging development teams to take ideas from conceptualization to large scale production.
- Projects will involve cross-brewing, primary or secondary package design changes, support of import projects or co-packing projects.
- Handle transition of project ownership and ensuring timely hand-off of project knowledge and findings.
- Track, supervise, and report on important metrics
- Strong customer focus with the ability to influence and work with multi-functional teams effectively.
Job Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Food Science, Biology, or similar field preferred.
- Minimum 2 (two) years of brewing experience required. Brewing and Packaging experience preferred.
- Proven capabilities in multi-tasking, problem-solving, results orientation, with strong dedication to project execution.
- Able to work in cross-functional teams optimally and gain expertise in product and/or packaging teams
- Experience with new product start-ups considered an asset.
