About the Company

Anheuser-Busch InBev is looking for someone talented to join their Global Risk Management team and help develop innovative solutions for complex business problems through the use of data analytics and Agile approach.
You will work with a highly dynamic and high-performing team, who act like internal consultants, reviewing all areas of the organization understand underlying processes, solve real business problems and make recommendations in order to add value to the business.


Job Description

You will:

  • Develop new ways of solving complex business issues through the use of data, analytical tools, working with the business and understanding various processes. Depending on the review, you will work with a variety of people from different teams.
  • Act as an owner for your part of the reviews. You will make interviews, understand the processes, perform in-depth analysis, and present your findings and recommendations to senior management. You will also support the other team members when needed.
  • Practically use and regularly improve your technical/functional knowledge as well as develop new skills on regular basis.
  • Need to step out of your comfort zone and develop your contact network in a highly dynamic environment.
  • Be required to tackle new problems and learn new processes on average every 2 to 3 months.
  • Be part of and embrace the newly implemented Agile framework to perform risk reviews.
By joining our department, you will have the opportunity to work in a small but truly Global team and perform reviews, during which you will have the opportunity to learn about a large variety of business processes (from Finance to Production including Support Functions, Sales, Procurement, etc.). You will use your knowledge to bring actionable and value-adding analysis to stakeholders. You will develop further your analytical, soft and risk management skills.

Job Qualifications

Competencies :
  • At AB InBev you truly own your (Global) career. We are looking for an ambitious person who is eager to grow, develop her/his technical and management skills and, in time, bring expertise to other functions within AB InBev.
  • You have a problem-solving mindset to help the team find the root cause of complex business problems in a sustainable way. You can quickly understand processes and highlight financial and operational risks.
  • You are a good communicator, capable of clearly describing complex problems and recommend solutions to senior management (both orally and in writing).
  • At least 3 years of experience in position(s) where you developed your analytical skills (e.g. external audit, due diligence, business analyst, consultant, business controller, data analyst).
  • Experience with Agile methodology approach to run projects, you are able to build the MVP (Minimum Viable Product) of your project deliverables with the help of our data scientists if necessary.
  • Any experience with Microsoft suite (powerpoint, excel, word, powerbi, etc)
  • You are fluent (Oral and Written) in English.
  • You are comfortable working with remote teams
  • You are willing to travel (up to around 30% of working time).
Good to have and willing to learn:
  • Any knowledge of SAP that you can leverage to perform in-depth analysis during reviews.
  • A good understanding of basic accounting and finance principles.
