• Monitor and improve key performance indicators such as Core Working Capital, Service Level & Cost.
• Responsible for supporting key footprint projects and execution.
• Assist manager, directors and VP into 1YP, 3YP cycles presentations and information gathering.
• Routine execution of cross functional teams, KPI, action tracking & coordination of multiple groups for key updates.
• Responsible for continuous improvements / root cause analysis initiatives for business performance of the area.
• Proactively manage new product/project launch and execution of the project management items.
• Support S&OP planning team with scenario planning.
• Support centralized excellence programs and routine.

• University Degree with at least 5 years in supply chain management, ideally planning & footprint.
• Knowledge of supply chain processes & systems, inventory planning, planning strategy & financials.
• Proven leadership skills with strong business acumen
• Broad strategic thinker, highly performance driven, open gaps, continuous improvements.
• Able to sustain a high pace of work and manage multiple priorities at the same time.
• Excellent computer, analytical and problem-solving skills
• Exceptional communication skills, consolidating complex information into presentations.
• Build strong relationships with stakeholders and comfortable with cross functional interactions.
• Project management knowledge is an asset.
