Job Description

  • Pulling and compiling reports through ProClarity/Powerplay (internal software program)
  • Budget maintenance and bill/invoice payment
  • Supporting district, all reps and DSM (District Sales Manager)
  • Playing a part in on-boarding and off-boarding of employees
  • Attending and participating in district meetings
  • Following up on initiatives
  • Supporting in preparing presentations for ABI Senior Leaders
  • Involvement with company processes and tool


Job Qualifications

  • University Degree in Business or related field preferred
  • Minimum 1-2 years Sales or Marketing coordinator/admin experience
  • Related package goods or beverage alcohol marketing experience an asset
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Strong team work skills and orientation
  • Excellent problem solving skills
  • A focused, detailed and disciplined approach to tasks
  • The ability to prioritize and strong organization skills
  • Strong analytical skills, ability to distill insights and propose relevant recommendations
