Job Description

  • Preparing Commercial financial plans and budgets for the commercial entity
  • Providing effective financial support to Sales and Marketing team related to new initiatives (Brands, SKU's, Promotion, etc.)
  • Preparing all financial components of EBITDA forecasts
  • Analyzing commercial P&L and variances as it relates to SKU mix, Channel mix, Zero Balance Budget (ZBB) management
  • Preparing Monthly Sales & Performance meetings
  • Building financial component of NPPA (National Product and Promotion Authorization) submissions (extension of programs, new initiatives, etc.)
  • Communicating and managing weekly pricing submissions and competitive activity
  • Managing the Excellence Program Pricing Category

Job Qualifications

  • Mandatory: University degree in Business or related field, preferably complemented with Management Accounting designation
  • Preferably 2-5 years experience in financial analysis and/or accounting
  • Ability to simplify complex issues
  • Strong problem solving and critical thinking skills
  • Strong attention to detail and business acumen
  • The capacity to manage a wide range of multiple priorities
  • Advanced Excel skills
  • SAP and Cognos experience is an asset
