Job Description
- Create brewery packaging schedule, optimizing line efficiency while considering liquid availability, manpower, network demand, and material supply
- Collaborate with Supply Planning and Materials Analyst to minimize stock-outs and logistics costs
- Maintain close relationship with brewery to ensure cycle adherence and completion of schedule, adjusting as needed
- Maintain relationship with stakeholders to align on and report KPIs such as Production Plan Attainment, Schedule Changes and Downtime
- Recommending viable solutions to reduce production costs as well as improve production processes and product quality
- Problem Solving and Root Cause Analysis using Lean Six Sigma methodology
Job Qualifications
- University degree
- 2 years in various Logistics/Manufacturing environments
- Strong communication skills
- Customer service mindset
- High degree of self-motivation
- Ability to multi-task
- Effective critical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Technical Competencies: Advanced Excel skills (functions, pivots, graphing), VBA experience is an asset; Computer skills in APS tools, SAP
