• Create brewery packaging schedule, optimizing line efficiency while considering liquid availability, manpower, network demand, and material supply
• Collaborate with Supply Planning and Materials Analyst to minimize stock-outs and logistics costs
• Maintain close relationship with brewery to ensure cycle adherence and completion of schedule, adjusting as needed
• Maintain relationship with stakeholders to align on and report KPIs such as Production Plan Attainment, Schedule Changes and Downtime
• Recommending viable solutions to reduce production costs as well as improve production processes and product quality
• Problem Solving and Root Cause Analysis using Lean Six Sigma methodology

• University degree
• 2 years in various Logistics/Manufacturing environments
• Strong communication skills
• Customer service mindset
• High degree of self-motivation
• Ability to multi-task
• Effective critical thinking and problem-solving skills
• Technical Competencies: Advanced Excel skills (functions, pivots, graphing), VBA experience is an asset; Computer skills in APS tools, SAP
